This package implements several functions useful for computing similarities between GO terms and gene products based on their GO annotation. Moreover it allows for computing a GO enrichment analysis

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:


if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("GOSim")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
